You deserve real answers - not corporate spin.

I know you've probably been dismissed, misunderstood, or handed a pamphlet when you needed a plan. Here's everything I wish someone had told me before I started healing.

“These are the questions I hear most often — from women who are exhausted, hopeful, and just trying to figure out where to start. I hope my answers help you feel a little less alone.”
— Kelly Page, Autoimmune Thriver & Health Coach

Your Questions, Answered Honestly

Everything you were afraid to ask —
answered.

I know you've probably been dismissed more times than you can count. Here's everything I wish someone had told me before I started healing.

01 Who is this really for? I've tried so many things and honestly I'm scared to hope again. +

I hear that fear so clearly — because I lived it. I was the woman who had tried everything, spent money I didn't have, and quietly grieved the version of myself that felt well.

This is for you if you're living with chronic pain, stubborn inflammation, or an autoimmune diagnosis — and you're done just managing symptoms. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just need to be open to the possibility that healing isn't behind you. It might be closer than you think.

You're allowed to have hope again. I'll carry some for you until you can hold it on your own.

02 Are you a doctor? What are your actual credentials? +

I am not a medical doctor, and I will never pretend to be. I'm a Transformational Health Coach, Culinary Nutrition Expert, and Functional Nutrition Practitioner — and more importantly, I'm someone who reversed two autoimmune diagnoses, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Sjögren's Syndrome, through the very practices I now teach.

I don't replace your medical team. I teach you how to become a stronger partner with them. Think of me as the knowledgeable friend who went before you, learned the hard way, and came back with a map.

Credentials: Transformational Health Coach · Culinary & Functional Nutrition Practitioner · Autoimmune Thriver · Healing Advocate

03 Do I have to quit my medications to work with you? +

Absolutely not. I am not anti-medication. I am pro-you — and that means working with where you actually are, not where someone thinks you should be.

Medications have a real and valid place in managing autoimmune conditions. My work sits alongside your conventional care, not in opposition to it. What I offer is the nutritional and lifestyle layer that most doctors simply don't have the training or time to provide.

My goal is to help you feel so well — through food, lifestyle, and root-cause awareness — that you and your doctor can eventually explore what's possible. That conversation is always between you and your physician, never a decree from me.

04 Can you actually promise I'll heal? I've been burned by big promises before. +

Here's my honest answer: no. And I think you deserve honesty far more than you deserve a polished sales line.

I can't promise you a cure or a timeline. No ethical practitioner can. What I can promise is that the information I share is grounded in functional nutrition science and lived truth. I can promise I will show up for you with everything I have. And I can tell you that I personally went into remission — and that was not a fluke. It was work, knowledge, and consistency.

Healing is a choice. I can show you the path. You are the one who walks it.

05 What does your coaching actually look like? What will we do together? +

We explore the five root causes that drive most chronic inflammation: gut health, hormonal imbalance, nutrient deficiencies, chronic stress, and toxic load. You'll learn what's likely driving your symptoms and start addressing those triggers — through real food, lifestyle shifts, and self-advocacy tools.

My group coaching format gives you the structure of a curriculum, the warmth of community, and the guidance of someone who has walked this path. No overwhelm. No rigid protocols that ignore your real life. Just steady, doable progress — one layer at a time.

You won't be handed a pill or a meal plan and sent home. You'll be taught how to understand your own body.

06 I'm a busy working mom. I don't have hours to spare. Is this realistic for me? +

I built this for exactly you. Because that was me — juggling a corporate career, a family, and a body that was falling apart. I know what it means to be exhausted before the day even starts.

This isn't a program that requires you to meal-prep for four hours on Sundays or journal for an hour each morning. It's designed to plug into real life — the kind where the kids need lunch, the inbox is overflowing, and you're just trying to make it to bedtime feeling like a person.

Small shifts, done consistently, are what actually move the needle. That's what we focus on here.

07 I've already tried going gluten-free, dairy-free, and everything in between. What's different about this? +

I hear you — and I see you. Elimination diets without a framework are exhausting and often unsustainable because you never really know why something works or doesn't.

What's different here is that we start with understanding your body's specific triggers, not a generic elimination list. Food is one piece of a much bigger picture that includes gut health, stress hormones, environmental exposures, and nutrient gaps. When you understand the root, you stop chasing symptoms.

You've been collecting pieces of the puzzle for years. I help you finally see what the picture is supposed to look like.

08 My labs always come back "normal" but I feel terrible. Does that mean nothing is wrong? +

Something is wrong. You know your body, and you are not making this up.

Standard lab ranges are designed to detect disease — not to optimize health. Functional nutrition looks at those same labs through a different lens: the lens of what's optimal, not just what's pathological. There's a lot of space between "normal" and "thriving," and that's the space we work in.

You've been dismissed enough times. You don't need one more person telling you that you're fine when you clearly are not. You need someone to take you seriously. That's what I'm here for.

09 How is this different from just buying a supplement or following a YouTube influencer? +

Supplements and free content can be genuinely helpful — I would never dismiss them. But here's the thing: information without context is just noise. You can know every fact about leaky gut and still not know what to do with your specific gut.

What coaching provides is a structured framework, accountability, community, and a guide who has both the lived experience and the professional training to help you connect the dots for your body. It's the difference between reading a cookbook and having a chef in your kitchen.

You're not lacking information. You're lacking a roadmap. That's what this is.

10 What if I'm still working with my rheumatologist or specialist? Will this conflict with my treatment? +

Not at all — in fact, I actively encourage you to stay with your specialist. I designed this work to run alongside your conventional medical care, not replace it.

One of my core goals is to help you become a better advocate in your own doctor's appointments — to walk in knowing what questions to ask, what to look for in your labs, and how to communicate what you're experiencing. A good specialist and a knowledgeable health coach can be a powerful team.

I believe in holistic and conventional together. Not either/or. Both/and.

11 How long before I start seeing or feeling a difference? +

I'm going to be honest with you here, because you deserve that. I can't give you a timeline. Your body is not a machine. Healing isn't linear — it has waves, setbacks, breakthroughs, and quiet progress you might not notice until someone points it out.

What I can tell you is that most women start noticing something within the first few weeks — more energy, less brain fog, a little more ease in the morning. Not perfection. Just progress. And progress, not perfection, is the whole point.

Healing isn't a destination you arrive at. It's a direction you choose every day.

12 I'm scared about the cost. Is investing in health coaching really worth it? +

I understand that fear. It's real, and it matters. And I won't insult you with a "you can't afford not to" line.

What I will say is this: think about what chronic illness has already cost you. The co-pays. The supplements. The sick days. The dinners you missed, the trips you cancelled, the version of yourself you keep putting on hold. That's a cost too — it just doesn't come with a price tag.

Investing in your health is an act of radical self-belief. And you are worth that belief. I also want you to feel informed, not pressured — so please explore all the free content I share before you ever spend a dime with me.

13 Do I need to eat a perfect diet? I have a family and a real life. I can't be that strict. +

No. And I say that with full conviction. Perfection is not the goal — and honestly, perfectionism is one of the most underrated sources of inflammation there is.

I am a culinary nutrition expert because I believe food should feel nourishing, not punishing. We work on crowding in the good — beautiful, healing, delicious food — rather than obsessing over what to eliminate. Progress over perfection is literally baked into everything I teach.

You can cook for a family, enjoy a birthday cake, and still be someone who is healing. It's not all-or-nothing. It never was.

14 What makes you different from any other health coach I could find online? +

A few things, honestly. First — I lived this. I didn't read about autoimmune disease in a textbook and decide to make it my niche. I was the exhausted woman who couldn't make a fist in the morning, who cried in parking lots after appointments, who quietly wondered if this was just going to be her life now.

Second, I bridge both worlds. I am holistic and conventional. I honor functional nutrition and I honor your medical team. Most coaches choose a lane. I believe you deserve both.

And third — I'm not here to sell you an identity or a lifestyle brand. I'm here to give you your life back. That's a different kind of motivation.

15 I'm not sure I'm ready. How do I know if now is the right time to start? +

Here's the truth: you will never feel 100% ready. That feeling of readiness rarely shows up before the first step — it usually follows it.

If you're here, reading this, something in you is already reaching. That reaching? That's your body asking for help. Don't ignore it the way it's been ignored before.
